1. Insomnia

It happens to me too.

I turn off the light and close my eyes. In about 15 minutes I remember that I forgot to schedule a meeting for tomorrow. Oh, and I didn’t finish all my tasks today. I’ll need to finish them tomorrow. I wish that little man inside my brain would shut up and let me have a rest.

I turn from one side to another trying to find the comfortable position for a sleep. Hoping it helps.

Finally I sleep like a toddler and the alarm rings. It’s time to wake up! It happened to you, right?

Eyes are red and hazy and the day begins…

2. Depression and anxiety

Life is beautiful! Enjoy the little things life provides you with.

However, those who suffer from emotional distress, anxiety, and depression can’t fully enjoy the goodness of life. They miss the feeling of being completely calm, confident and relaxed every morning. Who wants to live that way?

  2. Hi Doaga,
I have never tried accupuncture yet but I am totally open to the idea of it. I do know that accupuncture is based on using the Meridian lines of the body. This is supposed to open up any blocks in the energy system of the body.
